2. Product Information, Pricing, & Display

  • Color Accuracy: We strive to display the colors and textures of our garments (shirts, t-shirts, jeans) as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may slightly vary depending on your screen settings, lighting, or digital display settings.

  • Pricing & Errors: All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive/exclusive of GST as indicated at checkout. We reserve the right to modify prices or correct pricing errors without prior notice. In the event of an incorrect price on an order, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

  • Stock Availability: All orders are subject to stock availability. If an item becomes out of stock after an order is placed, we will notify you and offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund.

3. Retail Purchases (B2C)

  • Order Acceptance: Receiving an order confirmation email or message does not signify our final acceptance of your order. An order is accepted only once it is dispatched and tracking details are shared.

  • Payment Terms: We accept payments via UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallet, and Cash on Delivery (COD) where eligible.

  • Returns & Refunds: Retail purchases are governed by our [Return and Refund Policy].

4. Wholesale & B2B Transactions

Because Enovate Clothing operates as a bulk manufacturer and wholesaler, specific terms apply to wholesale buyers:

  • B2B Account Verification: Access to wholesale pricing, digital catalogs, or bulk checkout requires business verification (e.g., GSTIN, Business Name, or Shop License).

  • Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs): Wholesale pricing applies strictly to orders meeting our minimum pack ratios or minimum cart thresholds (e.g., 24+ pieces or set ratios).

  • Order Finality: Wholesale orders are custom-assembled or pulled from bulk warehouse inventory and cannot be canceled or returned due to change of mind once cutting or dispatch preparation has started.

  • Defect Reporting: Wholesale buyers must inspect dispatches and report any manufacturing defects or shortages within 48 hours of delivery.

5. Shipping, Delivery, & COD Policy

  • Delivery Timelines: Estimated delivery dates provided at checkout are indicative. Delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or local disruptions are beyond our direct control.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Verification: COD orders may require phone/WhatsApp confirmation prior to dispatch. We reserve the right to reject COD orders for pincodes with high Return-To-Origin (RTO) rates.

  • Risk of Loss: Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon our delivery of the package to the carrier partner.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All content on this website—including logos, trademarks, graphic designs, garment photography, product names, text, and software code—is the exclusive intellectual property of Enovate Clothing Company.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of our brand assets or catalogs without prior written consent from Enovate Clothing Company.

7. Prohibited Uses

You are prohibited from using the site or its content:

  1. For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts.

  2. To upload or transmit viruses, malicious code, or scraping bots.

  3. To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or those of others.

  4. To submit false, misleading, or fraudulent order details or business credentials.

8. Limitation of Liability & Warranties

  • Our website and products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, beyond manufacturing defect replacements stated in our Return Policy.
